1 core outdoor FTTH drop cable also called Figure 8 optical drop cable, used in last mile installation route to connect final users to FTTH or GPON network. It’s reinforced with steel messenger and rods which provide proper tensile strength for outdoor cable line constructions.

SPECIFICATION
This Fiber optical drop cable consist of one fiber core, one 1.0mm diameter steel wire, two 2*0.4mm diameter steel strength member and LSZH sheath. Fiber core can be made of G.652.D or G.657A1, G.657A2 grade upon request. Cable jacket is made of LSZH which can reduce the toxic and corrosive gases produced during combustion.
All jera fiber optic drop cables passed a series test according IEC 60794 standard, such as +70℃~-40℃Temperature and humidity cycling test, Tensile strength test, mechanical impact test, Fiber optic core reflection test and etc.
