APPLICATION

The ADSS Tension Clamp PA-1000 is widely used in outdoor aerial fiber optic network deployments to anchor and secure ADSS (All-Dielectric Self-Supporting) optical cables with diameters from 8 to 12 mm. It is designed for installation on utility poles, telecommunication supports, pole brackets, and hook fittings, providing reliable cable retention under mechanical loads.

This wedge-type anchoring clamp is suitable for intermediate and dead-end sections of overhead fiber optic routes, especially in FTTx, FTTH, GPON, CATV, and backbone telecommunication networks. It can be installed between buildings, across roads, within industrial facilities, residential communities, and rural broadband infrastructures where stable cable tension and long-term environmental resistance are required.

The PA-1000 effectively maintains the required tension of the optical cable without damaging the cable sheath, helping to prevent cable sagging caused by wind, ice loading, vibration, or temperature fluctuations. Manufactured from corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy, UV-resistant polymer wedges, and stainless steel components, the clamp ensures excellent performance in coastal, humid, high-temperature, and harsh outdoor environments.

Ultimate tensile strength test other called maximal mechanical tensile test which used to measure the ability to withhold mechanical loads of products.
