CNC machine center workshop

Jera line possesses the technology of CNC materials processing, it’s automated control of machining tools (such as drills, boring tools, lathes) and 3D printers by means of a computer. Machine processes a piece of material to meet specifications by following a coded programmed instruction and without a manual operator. We do R&D and develop products related to production by this technology.

In CNC machine center work-shop we produce the hardware part for our regular products, such as anchor clamps, suspension clamps.

The raw materials we used are steel such as Aluminum, Copper, Brass etc. The raw materials we do incoming inspection following the standard ISO 9001:2015, and our internal requirements.

CNC is a vast improvement over non-computerized machining that mush be manually controlled. Through this technology, Jera is capable to develop new products or customize current product range in order to be more competitive, and able to provide our customers reasonable offers and superior quality.
