Heat shrinkable tube is applied to the optical fiber closure to fix and protect the optical fiber after fiber splicing. It is consist of out tube (Shrink tube), inner tube(fiber tube) and strength member(steel rod). Plastic parts is made of high quality PE, and steel rod is made of stainless steel. All these material keep optic transmission properties of optical fiber and improve the protection to optical fiber splices.
