The first category is outdoor aerial dedicated optical cables, independently optimized for overhead pole-mounted laying, cross-airspan wiring, outdoor wall-mounted routing and outdoor open-air erection scenarios. This series of cables is optimized for wind resistance, tensile load, outdoor ultraviolet erosion and temperature alternation, adapted to urban community aerial networking, rural trunk communication wiring, roadside pole communication deployment and outdoor short-distance signal transmission projects. The second category is indoor dedicated wiring optical cables, designed for building weak current wells, indoor ceiling wiring, household wall embedded wiring, machine room internal jumper connection and indoor fire-rated closed wiring environments, featuring small outer diameter, flexible bending performance, low smoke characteristics and easy stripping construction to fit compact indoor wiring space.

All finished fiber optic cables manufactured by Jera have passed authoritative third-party certification and testing, complying with mainstream regional industry access standards worldwide, including SGS comprehensive performance certification, IEC international electrical commission unified communication industry standards, and EU CPR construction product safety regulation standards, supporting smooth customs clearance and engineering bidding in European, Southeast Asian, Middle Eastern, African and American regional markets. To realize independent quality control and shorten third-party testing cycle, Jera builds a standardized in-house independent physical and optical performance laboratory equipped with full set professional testing instruments. The laboratory can complete routine and special performance tests independently without outsourcing, including high-low temperature alternating humidity and heat cycling endurance test to verify cable structural stability under extreme climate, standardized flame retardant and fire resistance test to verify fire safety performance of sheath materials, optical fiber core reflection attenuation test, tensile mechanical load test, lateral static pressure resistance test, sheath aging resistance test and bending cycle durability test. Full independent in-lab testing ensures every batch of goods reaches unified qualified standard, and supports customized performance testing for special engineering order demands.
