Jera has started to produce drop cable patch cords for our customers. Compare to common drop cables, drop cable patch cords was pre-terminated with SC/APC or SC/UPC which will save time and costs for FTTH line deployment.
Jera line has FTTH cable production line, which means our produced drop cables can be used for drop cable patch cords directly. That the reason why we have competitive price & better quality control compare to other companies, also we can customized cable configuration upon customer’s requirement flexibly.

Each of our drop cable patch cord passed insertion loss & return loss test before delivery, which ensure customer can receive 100% qualified products.
The fiber cores can be made of G657A1, A2 or G.652.D fiber core, cable configuration are available with Flat, Fig8 or round type, cable reinforced mateial are available with steel wire, FRP rod, aramid yarn, PBT, cable jacket are available with LSZH and TPU. Length are available with 20, 25, 30, 40, 50, 60, 75, 100, 125, 150, 200, 250, 300, 500m etc. We can customize drop cable patchcords according to your requests.
All our produced drop cable patch cords meet the criteria of key regional standards, RoHS, CE, IEC-60794-1-21. We have our own inner laboratory to do related tests by ourselves, such as Temperature and humidity cycling test, tensile strength test, Fire resistance test, Fiber optic core reflection test etc.
