SPECIFICATION
All the materials used for this ADSS optical cable are nonmetallic, which decrease the cable weight and cable diameter which provide a cost-effective solution by saving money and resources, easier installation.
This multi-tube ADSS cable has 24 cores, all the fibers are positioned in 6 loose tube made of high modulus plastic. The tube are filled with a water resistant filling compound. The 6 loose tube are stranded a FRP as a non-metallic central strength member into a compact and circular cable core.
After the cable core is filled with filling compound, it is covered with thin water-blocking Tape or water-blocking Yarn inner sheath. After stranded layer of aramid yarns are applied over the inner sheath as strength member, the cable is completed with HDPE outer sheath.
APPLICATION
All jera fiber optic cables passed a series test according IEC 60794 standard, such as Temperature and humidity cycling test, Tensile strength test, mechanical impact test, Fiber optic core reflection test and etc.
