SPECIFICATION

Fiber optic adapter generally consists of three parts, two fiber optic connectors and a coupler.
Two optical fiber connectors connect the two optical fiber tail ends. The coupler acts as a bushing.
SC (Standard Connector) :The standard square joint is made of engineering plastic, which has the advantages of high temperature resistance and not easy to oxidize.
UPC: Low attenuation, often used in ODF internal fiber jumpers.
The casing is usually made of wear-resistant, dustproof, and waterproof materials. The connection interface is usually made of ceramic. This design protects internal components from the external environment, ensures stable fiber connection and reduces optical signal loss.
Adapters sometimes also include some auxiliary parts, such as sealing rings, locks, etc., to cope with complex environments.
APPLICATION

Applied Indoor, for connecting fiber optic cable to various devices such as routers, switches, and servers, ensuring seamless and high-speed data transmission within a confined space.
Operation Steps
1.Embedded quick assembly connector components.
2.Insert optical cable into screw cap.
3.Strip cable jacket and leave coated fiber as 50-60mm long.
4.Put cable into fixed length device.
5.Strip the coating.
6.Clean bare fiber.
7.Cut the fiber by cleaver.
8.Press the cable into the groove and keep the fiber slightly bending.
9.Close the back cover.
10.Close the gland for fixing drop cable.
11.Close screw cap.
12.Put SC housing and finish assembling.
