The Adss suspension clamp PS-SSM is used to connect and fix the optical cable wires.
The PS-SSM suspension clamps are used to fix overhead power lines, providing stability and support for the cables to prevent them from sagging or misaligning.
The interior is designed with grooves or patterns to increase the friction between the clamp and the wire to prevent loosening or falling off.
The shell is made of plastic with good insulation and strong UV resistance, which can not only protect the optical cable from the impact of the external environment, but also prevent the short circuit or electrical leakage of the wire and optical cable in contact with other components.

Test scope: Install the adss suspension clamp on steel plate with bolt with 90 angle degree.
Tensile strength is measured of the horizontal angle. The test imitates the usage of clamp during outdoor application.
After the required tensile load was reached the clamp should be damaged.

Conclusion:
In the test when the tensile load was reached 3.0KN, the PS-SSM clamp did not show any deformation or damage.
After increasing the strength to 3.86KN the suspension clamp’s part was broken as shown.
Product had passed the tensile strength test, we certificate its quality after inspection and approve for
further usage.
