The Jera Line guarantee excludes coverage for the following circumstances:

• Incorrect model selection: On occasion, customers may place orders for models that do not align with their actual application requirements, despite our professional recommendations. Such cases fall outside the scope of our guarantee.
• Inappropriate material choices: For OEM orders, many customers seek to reduce costs by opting for materials that meet lower quality standards. While this might satisfy short-term budget constraints of purchasing departments, it often compromises the product's long-term performance. For example, in environments requiring superior corrosion resistance, choosing electro-galvanized materials to save costs can significantly shorten the product lifespan—reducing maintenance intervals from once every 15 years to once every 5 years. This ultimately increases overall project costs when considering long-term applications.
• Improper installation by end-users: The performance of our cable connectors is highly dependent on the accompanying cables used. If customers use non-specified cables to cut costs (such as those with insufficient cross-sectional dimensions) or make application errors (like substituting insulated ABC cables with bare ones, or omitting neutral messenger wires), any resulting issues are not covered by our guarantee.
• Inadequate logistics and transportation: This includes scenarios such as truck deliveries without pallets, which can damage outer packaging regardless of box quality. Additionally, transportation errors occurring after goods leave our facility—from the customer's warehouse to the end-use site—are excluded from coverage.
• Improper warehousing by end-users: Damage caused by factors like water leakage, forklift collisions, incorrect depalletizing, improper stacking of heavy and light items on the same pallet, or accidental dropping of packages is not covered.
• Other exclusions and unforeseen circumstances: The guarantee does not cover events beyond reasonable control.
• Third-party claims: We do not assume liability for claims made by third parties.
• Consequential damages: These are typically excluded from the guarantee coverage.
