Semi-Finished Inner Quality Control

In-Production Quality Control

Semi-finished inner quality control

Firstly ensure the product designs are feasiable and Manufacturing process flow chart can consistently produce the qualified products

Prepare the detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the workers and training each worker till they can fully understand the procedure, identify common defeats, and know how to use the corresponding tool correctly.

In-process inspection (IPQC) includes:

Layered inspection: First artical/product inspection (FAI), Patrol Inspection (PQC) and Operator self-inspection

Process parameter monitoring: Use Statistical Process Control (SPC) to monitor key process parameters (e.g., size, materials, markings) and detect deviations early.

This stage focuses on real-time monitoring and process stability to catch defects as early as possible, reducing the spread of non-conforming products.

The  in-Production Quality Control's main purpose is to Prevent Defects During Manufacturing. JERA always pays attention to our semi-finished product production, trains employees, and formulates relevant   regulations to increase employees’ attention to product quality, thereby reducing the frequency of semi-finished product problems during the production process and reducing the response time after discovering semi-finished product quality problems. For semi-finished products with problems, we hold meetings to discuss how to reduce the occurrence of such problems. Accurately achieved the steps in the above “How to carry out quality control of Semi-finished inner quality control” question.
