Self tightening tie ZDZD also called banding tie-locked, is a cost-effective single wrap, preformed, smooth ID clamp. The Stainless steel tie was previously referred to as the Universal Clamp and is not recommended for clamping hose fittings.

SPECIFICATION

The self tightening tie is made by AISI 304. The steel strap is fixed in the form of a lock. Here’s how to use it:

1. Cut the stainless steel tape 10 cm longer than the circumference of the pole to be mounted.

2. Thread the steel strip.Leave the mounting length at least 5 cm.

3. Thread the second (free)section of the tape cut into the mounting hole of the central rotating mechanism. Add stock of at least 1 cm.

4. Rotate the Pivot arm several times until the required tension of the steel tape is created.

5. After creating a sufficient tension of the steel strip must be closed before the closure of the groove in the protrusion.
