Jera Line’s Mold Manufacturing & Product Development Capabilities
Jera Line has the capability to design and manufacture molds for producing plastic components using a range of polymer raw materials, including PA Nylon, ABS, PC, PS, PP, and PVC. When selecting mold materials, we take factors such as mold lifecycle into careful consideration to ensure durability and performance. All mold materials undergo rigorous inspection using an X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometer (XRF) to verify compliance with predefined material specifications. Additionally, mold components are regularly inspected with digital scanners to ensure they align with both the original mold design drawings and the corresponding product drawings.
Furthermore, Jera Fiber possesses the expertise to develop new products and provide customization of existing products based on specific customer requirements.
