Excellent Corrosion Resistance: Jera Line stainless-steel banding is available in various grades, including 201, 202, 304, 316, and 409. The 316 stainless-steel banding especially contains molybdenum, which significantly enhances its resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in chloride-rich environments, such as coastal or salt-spray zones. Stainless steel, in general, forms a thin and stable chromium oxide layer on its surface when exposed to oxygen. This layer acts as a barrier to prevent further oxidation, enabling the banding to maintain good performance in corrosive chemical plants, food processing facilities, and marine environments.

High Mechanical Strength: Stainless-steel banding has a very high breaking strength, and Jera Line's products have a superior elongation value compared to those of other manufacturers. It can firmly secure heavy-duty cables and components without breaking or loosening, ensuring the stability of the fastened objects in harsh environments. Good Temperature Tolerance: It can resist extreme temperatures, ranging from extremely cold to high-temperature environments. It will not lose its structural integrity due to temperature changes and can maintain stable performance in the temperature range from below zero to 537°C or even higher, which is suitable for outdoor environments with large temperature differences and high-temperature industrial occasions.

Good Weather Resistance: Unlike plastic strapping, which degrades and becomes brittle when exposed to sunlight, Jera Line stainless-steel banding is inherently resistant to ultraviolet radiation. It is not affected by rain, snow, ice, and other weather factors, and can prevent rust, corrosion, and weakening, ensuring long-term reliable use in outdoor applications.

Easy Installation: Jera Line also produces stainless-steel buckles and banding tools that can be used in conjunction with stainless-steel banding. The installation is simple. You can cut the stainless-steel strap to the required length, put on the buckle, and fix it with the banding tool, which is convenient for construction in harsh environments.

Through internal laboratory testing, it conducts tensile mechanical strength tests, UV resistance tests, corrosion tests, aging tests, and temperature cycle tests on products, ensuring product quality and stability, and enabling it to have reliable performance in harsh environments.
