JERA LINE is a professional manufacturer of cable infrastructure products, specializing in reliable solutions for outdoor FTTx and telecommunication networks. Our product range includes fiber optic cables, anchor clamps, suspension clamps, fiber distribution boxes, splice closures, stainless steel banding systems, and other accessories designed to ensure long-term network reliability in demanding environments.
In this video, we demonstrate the assembly process of our PA-3000 Aerial ADSS Tension Clamp, also known as a wedge anchor clamp. The video provides a step-by-step overview of the clamp's structure, installation method, and key features, helping installers and distributors better understand how the product works in real-world overhead fiber optic deployments.
The PA-3000 ADSS Tension Clamp is specifically designed to anchor All-Dielectric Self-Supporting (ADSS) fiber optic cables with diameters ranging from 8 mm to 12 mm. It is widely used on overhead telecommunication lines to secure cables at intermediate poles and support spans of up to 100 meters, providing reliable mechanical fixation while protecting the cable jacket from damage.
The clamp features a pair of self-adjusting thermoplastic wedges that automatically grip the cable as tension increases. This design ensures secure cable retention without requiring additional tools during installation. The wedge mechanism distributes clamping pressure evenly across the cable surface, minimizing stress and preventing damage to the cable sheath.
The body of the PA-3000 is manufactured from high-strength UV-resistant engineering polymer, providing excellent resistance to ultraviolet radiation, moisture, temperature fluctuations, and corrosion. The stainless steel bail offers outstanding mechanical strength and long-term durability, making the clamp suitable for harsh outdoor environments, including coastal, tropical, and industrial areas.
One of the key advantages of the PA-3000 is its tool-free installation. The open bail design allows quick mounting on pole brackets or hooks, significantly reducing installation time and improving field efficiency. An anti-drop wedge design keeps internal components securely in place during transportation and installation, making handling safer and more convenient for installers working at height.

Ultimate tensile strength test
Ultimate tensile strength test other called maximal mechanical tensile test which used to measure the ability to withhold mechanical loads of products.
This is a mechanical test where a pulling force is applied to a material from both sides until the sample changes its shape or breaks. It's is a common and important test that provides a variety of information about the material being tested, including the elongation, yield point, tensile strength, and ultimate strength of the material.
Jera proceed this test on below products
Endurance test on failure tension testing equipment under mechanical and thermal stresses with oscillation stress has different values according to standard IEC 61284 for overhead fiber optic cable, and accessories.
We use following standards test on new products before launching, also for the daily production, in order to make sure ours customer could receive products which meet quality requirements.
Our internal laboratory is capable to proceed such a series of standard related type tests.
