Usage steps：

Step 1: Slide the buckle over the steel strapping for bundling, wrap the steel strapping around the object once, and then insert the strapping into the buckle to form upper and lower layers of strapping. Finally, fold the lower layer of strapping over at a position approximately 50mm away from the buckle.

Step 2:Turn on the air supply switch. As shown in Figure 3, move the strapping machine to bring it close to the top of the object to be strapped. Place the upper layer of the steel strapping under the tensioning roller and push the strapping machine forward to align the locking buckle with the buckle mechanism. At this point, the strapping machine is ready for operation.

Step 3: As shown in the figure, press down on valve arm 42 once. At this point, the tensioning roller will press against the steel strapping and start operating. The strapping will be tightened until the pneumatic motor stops. (If for any reason the tensioning process needs to be interrupted, press clip 44 to the left.)

Step 4: Press the locking valve arm 43 again to perform buckling and cutting. At this point, the operation process is completed. As shown in picture, lift the motor to remove the steel strapping from the machine.

Step 5: As shown in the figure, the tension force of the strapping machine can be adjusted by turning the adjusting screw 118. Turning the screw clockwise will increase the flow rate of the compressed air, thereby increasing the tension force.
