Boucles pour feuillard” refers to stainless steel buckles. These buckles, also called stainless steel clips, are used to fasten pole fittings, anchor clamps, suspension fittings and other accessories to stainless steel bands. They are specifically applied on dead-end and intermediate routes of main or end-use electrical connections to secure the assembly.
Types of Stainless Steel Buckles
Stainless steel buckles can be made with different grades, common material is SUS 202, 304, and 316. We produce 2 main types of buckles:

Applications of Stainless Steel Buckles
Stainless Steel Buckles are widely used in:
All these use cases prioritize corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, and reliable stability . Stainless steel buckles—with their compatibility with stainless steel bands and tailored design for electrical/utility fittings—deliver the durability needed for long-term, low-maintenance performance.
How Stainless Steel Buckles Installation
Stainless steel buckles are primarily used to fasten accessories like pole fittings, anchor clamps, and suspension fittings to stainless steel bands—common in electrical power, telecom, and utility infrastructure.
Below is a universal step-by-step installation process.
Pre-Installation Preparation:
Gather Tools & Materials-Stainless steel buckle
Step1:Wrap the Band
Position the accessory on the surface. Wrap the band tightly around both the surface and accessory’s attachment points, ensuring no twists. Leave 10–15cm of band overlap.
Step2:Thread Through Buckle
Locate the buckle’s entry slot and locking prongs. Feed the longer band end through the slot. Pull to hold the accessory loosely—keep slack for adjustments.
Step3:Tension the Band
Clamp the tensioning tool on the overlapping band. Squeeze or activate to tighten until the accessory is secure and the band is taut. Hold tension with the tool.
Step4:Lock & Trim
Bend buckle prongs downward into the band with a screwdriver/tool press. Trim excess band to 1–2cm, filing sharp edges.
Step5:Inspect
Gently pull the accessory to check stability. Ensure prongs are engaged and compliance with standards.
Metal Spectrometer Test
The test usually proceed when raw materials come to our warehouse, used on stainless steel or aluminum alloy as an inspection to materials. The principal purpose of the metal spectrometer test is to ensure materials include essential metallic element to have enough rust proof, tensile strength and hardness ability.
Jera line proceed this test on below products:
The technology used in these instruments allows for fast, accurately analysis of samples without the need to process or transport samples to a laboratory. This reduces turnaround time, enabling onsite testing of samples and making the data available quickly.
Through the test which make us be more confident in our products, and ensure our customer could receive products which meet quality requirements. Our internal laboratory is capable to proceed such a series of standard related type tests.
