Application
Suitable for mounting on outdoor walls or pillars, it facilitates optical fiber line connection and reliable signal transmission.
Our FODB-8H is a compact fiber optic distribution and protection unit engineered for both indoor and outdoor applications. It supports the termination, splicing, and connection of up to 8 fiber optic cables or drop fibers to pigtails or adapters.
Acting as a critical interface node in fiber access networks, it connects the operator’s feeder cable with the subscriber’s drop cables for seamless end-to-end signal delivery.
Lab Quality Control for Boxes:
To ensure the stable quality and reliable performance of the boxes we produce, enabling them to adapt to various complex operating environments and extend their service life, we have established our own dedicated laboratory. Here, we conduct comprehensive quality inspections on every batch of boxes, with UV and temperature aging test being one of the core test items, which is strictly implemented to control product quality and ensure customer experience.
UV and temperature aging test, also known as climate aging test, its core purpose is to examine whether the materials used in the boxes and the finished products themselves can meet the expected functionality and service life. This test is designed to ensure that the products will not be damaged or have reduced performance due to environmental changes during long-term use, serving as a key link in our product quality control system.
With our own laboratory, we can independently control the test process, accurately grasp test data and strictly implement test standards. By conducting UV and temperature aging test, we can identify potential quality hazards in advance and eliminate unqualified products from the source, ensuring that every box can withstand the test of complex environments and provide customers with high-quality products with guaranteed service life.
