Fiber optic splice closure FOSC-2D, also called dome type fiber splice closure, is a device used for protecting fiber cable splices in straight-through and branching applications. It’s can be placed in underground, aerial, wall-mounting, pole-mounting and duct-mounting routes during FTTX solutions.
Fiber Optic Closure is a fiber management products typically used with outdoor fiber optical cables. Outdoor fiber cables ends come into the splice closure and the optical fibers of these cables can be connected by splicing them together.
The jointed optical fibers are put into the fiber optic trays which are installed inside the splice closure. Tray is made of soft material, holds tubes tightly, with less accidental damage possible during insert of fiber heat shrink tubes. And our splice tray can accommodate up two of fiber optical PLC splitters, more convenient for fiber core organizing, also release more space for fiber storage.
