While some factories set their warranty periods to expire after the Bill of Lading date, Jera Line offers a 5-year warranty on all our products, starting from the date of shipment. During this period, if any quality issues arise (excluding damage caused by improper use or wear and tear of consumable parts) or if products malfunction, you can contact us at any time. We will promptly formulate solutions, which may include replacement, return, or reshipment of the problematic items. Additionally, we welcome any inquiries regarding product usage throughout the warranty period.
At Jera Line, product quality is our core principle. We never use second-hand or recycled materials. We fully recognize that electrical products especially those used in power cable infrastructure—must meet rigorous durability and type test standards. These standards are critical not only for ensuring safety during end-user applications but also for preventing accidents during maintenance or in overhead/underground cable systems, thereby protecting lives and property.

Standard Product Guarantee: All items come with a 5-year guarantee from the date of shipment.

Exclusions from Guarantee: The guarantee does not cover issues arising from: incorrect product orders, improper installation or storage by the end user, or damage during logistics. If third parties are involved in the transaction, the scope of guarantee will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Transparency in Quality Assurance: We welcome inspections by third-party bodies (such as SGS, BV, etc.) before delivery. Additionally, samples from any production batch can be provided for your review prior to shipment.
