Jera Line specializes in manufacturing ADSS cable guy grips, suitable for ADSS cables with an outer diameter ranging from 7.6mm to 17.3mm.
Our dead-end guy grips are primarily made of aluminum with a hot-dip galvanized finish. The inner wires are coated with a special sand layer and adhesive, which significantly boosts the friction force with All-Dielectric Self-Supporting (ADSS) optical fiber cables.
These guy grips require no tools for installation, greatly saving on-site installation time and labor costs. Our preformed line products can be customized to match customer-specific cable specifications.
For high-tension applications, helical ADSS grips with splice protectors are recommended to safeguard the fiber core from damage during tensioning. For tension levels below 9 KN, ADSS preformed wire grips can be used with or without a thimble, and no splice protector is required.

Ultimate tensile strength test
Ultimate tensile strength test other called maximal mechanical tensile test which used to measure the ability to withhold mechanical loads of products.
This is a mechanical test where a pulling force is applied to a material from both sides until the sample changes its shape or breaks. It's is a common and important test that provides a variety of information about the material being tested, including the elongation, yield point, tensile strength, and ultimate strength of the material.
Jera proceed this test on below products
Endurance test on failure tension testing equipment under mechanical and thermal stresses with oscillation stress has different values according to standard IEC 61284 for overhead fiber optic cable, and accessories.
We use following standards test on new products before launching, also for the daily production, in order to make sure ours customer could receive products which meet quality requirements.
Our internal laboratory is capable to proceed such a series of standard related type tests.
