SPECIFICATION

Stainless steel band buckle KL-20-T(E), either called Electrophoretic paint banding buckle, is a ear-lokt style buckle usually used together with stainless steel band and banding tools to attach accessories (pole fittings, suspension fittings etc) on poles or fix loose items together, widely used in many industries.

Jera banding buckles can be made of different stainless steel grades, such as 201, 202, 304 or 316 according to customers’ requirements. The processing method of buckles is punching technology whic is available in our punching workshops.

The surface of stainless steel buckle KL-20-T(E) is proceed with electrophoretic paint finish, it will provide more protection to buckle from the damage caused by long-term exposure to weather. APPLICATION

This stainless steel clip has two “ears”, ear-lokt style prevent the buckle from flexion, after installation. It can guarantee extra extended service life, and attaching under significant mechanical loads.
