This figure 8 drop cable is made of four fiber cores, one 1.0mm diameter FRP wire, two 0.5mm diameter FRP strength member and LSZH sheath. Fiber core can be made of G.652.D or G.657A1, G.657A2 grade fiber which could be chosen by customers. 1.0mm diameter messenger wire and two 0.5mm diameter FRP rods provide superior mechanical strength during outdoor application. Cable sheath is made of LSZH (Lsoh Low Smoke Zero Halogen) which can reduce the toxic and corrosive gases produced during combustion.
All jera flat type drop cable passed a series test according IEC 60794 standard, such as +70℃~-40℃Temperature and humidity cycling test, Tensile strength test, mechanical impact test, Fiber optic core reflection test and etc. Our FTTH drop cables meet the criteria of regional standards of RoHS, CE.
